Shipping policy

EchoMory ships handcrafted 3D pop-up musical greeting cards. A personalized song, when you create one, is delivered digitally and does not change the shipping time of the physical card unless checkout says otherwise.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before they are handed to the carrier.

Where we ship, and how

We ship physical cards to the United States by USPS, FedEx, and UPS. U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$29.90 or more can select a free shipping option shown at checkout. For orders below US$29.90, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the carrier and service selected. The estimated transit time for each available method is displayed at checkout before you pay, based on the delivery address and service. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing. Choose your preferred method at checkout; the fee and estimated delivery time shown before payment apply to your order.

Duties and taxes

Duties, taxes, or import fees, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient unless checkout says otherwise.

Delays

Shipping times may be delayed by events outside our control, including public health emergencies such as a pandemic, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events.
