Overview

EchoMory (“EchoMory”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the online store at www.echomory.com and the song experience at music.echomory.com. Together, these are the “Service”.

We sell handcrafted 3D pop-up musical greeting cards. Many cards can play a song. Where the product page says so, you can transfer a song to the card by Bluetooth or share it online. You can also create an optional personalized song with AI at music.echomory.com/get-started.

By visiting the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the checkout platform that lets us sell to you. Card and other payment methods are the ones shown at checkout. The payment provider for that method processes the payment. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If you keep using the Service after we post an update, you accept the updated Terms.

Who may use the Service

You must be old enough to form a contract where you live, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, and you may not upload viruses or other harmful code.

Products

Cards are paper goods. Designs are made for moments such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, thank-yous, and other personal occasions. Colors and folds on your screen can look slightly different from the finished card.

A personalized song is a digital item. Starting a song does not, by itself, buy a card. Buying a card does not, by itself, create a song unless that is what the product or checkout says.

We may limit quantities, correct a price error, refuse an order, or stop offering a design. The price and currency you pay are the ones shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Orders

You agree to give us a working email address and, for a physical card, a complete shipping address. We may cancel an order that we cannot fulfill, that looks fraudulent, or that was placed at an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount charged for that order.

Shipping and returns

Physical cards are handled as described in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship cards to the United States by USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier fee and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery can be delayed by events outside our control, including public health emergencies, customs inspections, and carrier disruptions.

Returns and refunds, including who pays return shipping, are described in our Refund Policy. A personalized song or other digital file, once delivered, is not refundable except where the law requires a refund.

What you submit for a song

To create a song, you may send us a name, a story, a message, or other details (“Your Content”). You keep ownership of Your Content. You allow EchoMory to use Your Content to create, preview, deliver, and store the song, to complete your order, and to answer a support request about that song.

You confirm that you have the right to share Your Content. Do not submit anything that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark, that is unlawful, hateful, or harassing, or that sexually depicts a minor. We may refuse to generate a song, and we may cancel a related order, if Your Content breaks these Terms.

EchoMory’s intellectual property

The EchoMory name, logo, card designs, photographs, site text, and other materials we create belong to EchoMory or its licensors. You may not copy them to sell as your own product.

A song we generate for you may be used for personal gifting and personal sharing. That permission does not let you resell the song file or our card design as a product of your own.

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, email abuse@echomory.com. Include the page address, a description of your work, and a statement that you are allowed to act for the owner. The same notice path is on our Intellectual Property Rights page.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service. That includes attempting to break or scrape the site, collecting other people’s information, sending spam, or using the Service to publish unlawful or deceptive content. We may stop access when someone uses the Service this way.

Disclaimer

Paper cards are delicate, and a Bluetooth transfer depends on your device and the card. We do not promise that the site, a song preview, or a transfer will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, EchoMory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the Service or a product. These Terms do not limit any liability that the law says cannot be limited, including consumer rights where you live.
