The EchoMory name, logo, card designs, photographs, site text, and other materials we create belong to EchoMory or its licensors. You may not copy them to sell as your own product.
A song we generate for you may be used for personal gifting and personal sharing. That permission does not let you resell the song file or our card design as a product of your own.
Your story, message, or other text stays yours. You allow us to use it to create, preview, deliver, and store the song you asked for, as described in our Terms of Service.
If you believe something on www.echomory.com or music.echomory.com infringes your copyright or trademark, email abuse@echomory.com. Include:
- the page address;
- a description of your work;
- a statement that you are allowed to act for the owner;
- your name and a way to reach you.
The same rules are part of our Terms of Service.
