No. Card purchase and song creation are separate steps. Create your song in the EchoMory app and transfer it to the card after it arrives, before giving it to Mom.
What do I use to create the song?
Use the EchoMory app on iPhone or Android. Tap + and share a memory, message, or photo to start creating. Preview your song, open the card, then use “Burn to Gift” while your phone stays nearby.
Are song credits included?
Your card comes with 500 bonus credits when you connect it in the app, once per card. The current product offer also includes 500 app download credits, described as 1,000 credits for 10 songs in total. Check the app for your available balance and any additional purchase options.
Can I send the card straight to Mom?
For the standard setup, have the card sent to you first. You need the physical card nearby to transfer your song before gifting. If you need a different arrangement, contact us before ordering.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process. Shipping costs and delivery estimates depend on your address and selected service and are shown at checkout. Allow extra time to prepare your song and card; we cannot promise a Christmas delivery date here.
What if the card arrives damaged or doesn’t work?
Email support@echomory.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the card and packaging. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect card, we will arrange a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds policy. Personalized digital songs are not refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
